This introductory course uses sports to explore kinematics and other basic physics concepts through the lens of sports. Students will explore the real-world applications of physics concepts in sports through lectures, hands-on activities, mathematical problem sets, and research projects. Along the way, you’ll develop a strong understanding of the principles that give star athletes an edge over their competitors. Whether you play a high school sport, recreational games with friends, or just love to watch football, this course is for you!
