Geometry covers definitions, postulates, and theorems as they deal with angles, triangles, perpendicular and parallel lines, planes, congruence, similarity, circles, polygons, area, coordinate methods, specific right triangles, trigonometric functions, arcs and chords, constructions and loci, and transformations. Geometry also provides an introduction to formal logic and proofs.
Prerequisite: Algebra I
Office Hours: Instructor provides two weekday office hours each week. Exact days and times will be communicated at least one week prior to the beginning of the course.
