Chemistry continues the process of developing a student’s interest in exploring the natural sciences. The focus is on the world of the atom as an entrance into the physical sciences and leads the student into the macroscopic world of data collecting and analysis by exploring the composition and interaction of matter. Techniques of graphing and algebra are used to perform experiments.
Honors Credit: To receive Honors credit, you must enroll concurrently in the Honors Addendum for this course. Honors credit includes a GPA weight of 0.3 points.
